Description
Rio Bravo & Santa Fe Railway is a proto-freelance railway extending west from Bakersfield to a fictional deep water port on the Central California coast. Joint ATSF-UP operations include mixed manifest and intermodal freight, plus an Amtrak connection to the Southwest Chief. Main track operations are governed by Track Warrant Control provided verbally by a train dispatcher. Car movements follow a simple waybill and car card system.
