Having vendors and a swap meet are an exciting part of any convention. For the 2024 PCR Convention, we will have a great area for these. In addition, the 2024 convention will include a Consignment Depot for attendees to sell items without having to be at a table all day and miss the exciting parts of the convention.
The Vendors, Swap Meet, and PCR Consignment Depot are will be open exclusively for convention attendee buyers on Thursday and will open to all NMRA member buyers for Friday and Saturday hours for a nominal $5 entrance charge (also includes visiting the Contest Room). Non-members are welcome to enter with the purchase of an NMRA RailPass ($20). The goal is to increase the available buyers for vendors and swap meet sellers. These are the planned hours for the area.

Vendor Tables
For 2024, the PCR Convention will have 2/3rds of the Sonesta Ballroom set up for Vendor tables. The area will be secured when not open. Vendor tables are rented for all three days. Swap Meet Tables
In addition to the Vendor Tables, in the hallway outside the ballroom we will have 8 Swap Meet Tables set up. These tables will be available on Friday and Saturday when the area will be open to all NMRA members. Each table can be renting for two separate 3 hour periods each day. A table can be rented for both table slots on a given day. More details are available on the registration site
PCR Consignment Depot
The PCR Consignment Depot is an closed area where members can drop off model railroad items they wish to sell and get the cash if they sell. The PCR Consignment Depot will close at 1:00 PM on Saturday to facilitate pick-up of any unsold items and final sales receipts.
